Our Approach

At The WI+H Movement, we believe business is more than profit. It is also a powerful tool to advance justice, dignity, and human flourishing.

We call this approach Business as Justice—using enterprise to address systemic inequities through how we hire, source, serve, and invest in the communities we call home.
