Take action.

"Change will come and you must be the ones to bring it."

Sam Cook

The WI+H movement consists of ordinary people who dare to imagine new possibilities for America’s most dangerous neighborhoods.

You don’t have to be a superhero or even clergy to take these steps with us.

1. Be With Us

WI+H Connect

Each week we take time on Zoom to get to know people by name and we’d love to get to know you. At WI+H Connect, you’ll meet our team of community ministry practitioners, learn the methods, and have the opportunity to ask questions in real time.

2. Engage

WI+H Ministry Studio

There’s a lot of talk about racism and marginalization, but are we actually listening to the people who are hurting most?

Listening is the anchor of WI+H. We take time to hear and share with openness and vulnerability. Urban pain points cannot be transformed if the people are not first heard and engaged in the transformative process itself.

Open exchange is a skill that requires practice. That’s why we created the WI+H Listening Studio

Guided by a facilitator, we’ll explore meaningful questions about racism, systematic injustice, and personal advocacy. We’ll also discuss concepts and principles for pursuing and maintaining a more connected presence within urban pain points.

Register now for our next WI+H Ministry Studio. The Listening Studio is included.

3. Learn and Lead

WI+H Cohort & Coaching

Life-on-life discipleship is the way Jesus taught His followers, and that is also our way. WI+H coaching starts at the WI+H Ministry Studio. You’ll meet the coaching team in real time and then be given the opportunity to join a coaching cohort.

We have two coaching tracks: one for individuals and the other for traditional church leaders looking to mobilize their members into communities.

Each cohort meets each week for training and discipleship. This small group environment provides support as you…

  • Recruit a ministry team

  • Connect and relate in urban pain points

  • Work together toward transformation

  • Disciple the community
